Join us for the opening gala of the Benton County Fair - the first annual Taste of the Bounty event, first night of the Benton County Fair. August 3, 2011 3:30pm - 8:00pm.

Local wines, beautiful flowers, area food producers and great music - all at the Benton County Fair!

The Taste of the Bounty is an event in conjunction with the Benton County Fair Grand Opening festivities and will feature local wineries and food producers offering up tastes of their products to fairgoers. The Heart of Willamette Wineries Association, the Benton County Fair Business Committee, and Strengthening Rural Families have teamed up to sponsor this event.

The Taste is also a pre-event of the Bounty of Benton County, which is a tour of various "sights" in Benton County that Strengthening Rural Families hosts in September.

Participants pay $10 for three tastes - wine and food -

Purchase your ticket in advance and receive $2 off fair entrance (must present Taste Ticket at time of purchase into the fair to receive discount).

Proceeds from the tastes will go toward the Heart of Willamette Wineries Association, The Benton County Fair, and Strengthening Rural Families to help cover costs of the event.
